How do I order Balloons?
You can order Helium Bouquets Here, Luxury Bouquets Here. We also have Garlands, Columns and Arches. We have been working hard to make the ordering process online as smooth as possible. What Balloon Services do you offer?
We offer a full range of balloon designs from a single helium balloon to 20 plus foot garlands and everything in between. From the simplest Birthday Party to Corporate Events, we are here for it all.
We now offer delivery for our Luxury and Helium Bouquets within a 15-mile radius on Fridays ONLY, a minimum order of $39 is required with a $9.99 delivery fee. Simply add Delivery to your order and let us handle the rest. For more information, please see our Delivery Policy and call 540-569-2119 to check for availability as spaces are limited.
-Setup/Install and Delivery-
We recently started Install/setup/delivery for balloon decor and are excited to add this service for you. These are done on a case-by-case basis. Please fill out our Balloon Inquiry form and a member of our team will reach out.
How long will my Balloons last?
This depends on the style you select and the environment but generally:
- Helium Latex Balloons: 8 to 12 hours (we recommend picking up helium balloons the day of your party. If this isn’t possible then we recommend the day before and to let us know so we can add hi-float - this will help them last for 24hrs)
- Helium Jumbo Balloons: 2-3 days
- Helium Foil Balloons: 5-7 Days
- Garlands, Luxury Bouquets, Columns, Arches etc... Can last up to 4 weeks plus or longer if kept indoors.
- We cannot answer this question with 100% certainty. The outdoor environment is outside of our control. Extreme heat, humidity, wind and rain all affect balloon decor outdoors.

Can I come into the store to order Balloons?
Yes, of course you can! We are happy to chat with you in person and discuss ideas for your next celebration.
How far in advance do I need to order?
We have customers come in and need items right then and others who order months ahead.
We always try to accommodate; smaller air-filled bouquets or helium bundles can be done same day.
If you’d like a BIG luxury bouquet, columns, arches and garlands please at least give us 24hrs.
If you have a specific theme and colors and want to create a custom design, please allow 2-3 weeks. This gives us time to order specialty balloons and colors if needed.

What is a Grab & Go Balloon Garland?
Grab & Go Balloon Garlands are for customers who don’t need balloon installation services. Our Grab & Go Garlands are fully created balloon garlands that can be picked-up from our store front in Staunton. Everything is already done for you and there is no work required on your end. We’ve done all the blowing up and assembly! All you have to do is hang it up yourself. We even include hooks, so the entire process is stress free and easy!

What types of balloons do you use?
We use the highest quality latex available. Our latex balloons are all 100% biodegradable. We also use mylar foil balloons and although these are not biodegradable, they can be reused or recycled!
Can I provide my own balloons?
Yes, we do!
But we are not aware of the quality of these balloons. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, you will still be charged the full amount for the balloon(s).
We cannot guarantee the quality or float times of balloons we do not provide. As such, we cannot give you an answer to "how long will these balloons last" if they are balloons that come from outside our shop.
Prices vary depending on balloon type and size but generally start around $2.00-$3.00 per fill.
What are your Balloon Prices?
We have tried to structure different tiers to allow several options to fit within anyone's budget and vision. We offer a wide range of balloons and services with varying costs. Quality does matter and we use high quality balloons.
Each balloon decor/bouquet is different, and we pride ourselves in creativity. We really take in account the color(s), theme and/or hobbies to create a personalized balloon decor and experience.

You're More Expensive Than Other Places - Why?
We are a small, independent local business. We have no franchise support and every penny you spend with us goes directly to support our business or our family (and then gets recirculated into the local economy).
As local business owners, we not only have to pay for our products, but also pay:
- A monthly lease payment (which includes maintenance and property taxes for the building)
- Insurance (auto, general liability)
- Sales taxes on our products
- Fuel costs and vehicle maintenance costs
- Any software or subscription costs necessary to run our business
- Various other annual business fees
- And lastly, our own salary (which, as business owners, is never a fixed amount)
These costs are ON TOP of our normal cost of living that we need to provide for our family.
We also pride ourselves on providing top-notch customer service and very high-quality products.
When you purchase from us, even though we are more expensive than other places, you're helping us pay our business bills and provide for our family.
While we wish we could provide the cheapest products, the cheapest are not always the BEST. And, one of the purposes of a business is also to make money. While we do our best to keep prices competitive, we need to be able to not just survive as a business, but thrive.
