Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after your purchase to return your items. We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please see below for more information regarding our return policy. 

You can return items in person or to start a return, you can contact us at shopnowitsaparty@gmail.com. Please note that returns need to be sent to the following address: 54 Rowe Road, Suite #103 Staunton Va 24401 

RETURNS

  • If it is past the 14 day fulfillment date, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund.
  • Several items are exempt from being returned including balloons. Clearance items, seasonal/holiday, and personal care items (i.e. bath bombs/confetti, party hats/headbands, hair clips, straws, lip gloss, and candy/food). Please reach out to us if you have a question regarding your specific item.
  • All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required. 

RETURN PROCESS 

  • To start a return process you can do so in person or email us at shopnowitsaparty@gmail.com. 
  • To return an item, please package it with proof of purchase, then mail your return to the following address: 54 Rowe Road Suite 103 Staunton VA 24401. DO NOT SEND BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER
  • We take pride in how we carefully package your orders. Make sure to ship returns in a sturdy box, as damaged items cannot be accepted. 
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will not refund the shipping costs. 
  • Once we receive the returned item and it is inspected, we will send you an email to notify you upon inspection if approved or rejected. If approved, then your refund will be processed using the original method of payment.  
  • Please note that this process may take up to a week. 

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEM

  • Missing or damaged items must be reported to us via email at shopnowitsaparty@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of the package. 
  • Please email details and photographs of any damaged items. 
  • If received within the timeframe and inspected our team will issue you a refund for the damaged items. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGE ITEMS.
